Where is the list of tables?

I can not find the list of existing table and queries anywhere in Access
2007. There used to be a simple window that I could use to access all of my
tables, queries, forms and reports. Where is it?
 
On the left side of the screen, reading sideways, it should say "Navagation
Pane."

At the top you should see >> Click on it to expand.

It should expand to the right and display a list (queries or tables). To
the right of label telling what the pane is displaying is a down arrow.
Click on this and it show a list of categories to select from.
 
You can also right click on the bar at the top of the navigation pane, mouse
over the "Categories" option, then select one of the various views (I
usually use Object Type) for displaying the information. This popup menu
also offers a couple of different sorting options.
