Where is the Index feature in the Word 2003 Help menu?

I've basically gone from using Word 97 to Word 2003; in the 97 version, when
clicking on the "Help" menu, you can click on "index" (as opposed to Table of
Contents) and it brings up an alphabetical list; I cannot seem to find this
feature in 2003, is it gone? How do I find it/turn it on if it's still
available in 2003? I don't lilke the Table of contents method, or typing in a
word/question; are those my only choices?

If you know the answer, please email me in case I don't find my way back to
this forum. Thanks.

Sadly, the index is gone, at least from Office 2003. After the howls of
outrage this caused, I believe Microsoft are reconsidering the decision for
the next release.
