where is "Send to" ?

I want to add an external hard drive to my Send To list but I cannot find
it. A search did not turn it up, either. Does anyone know where to find it
in Vista? It used to be in the Window general folder.

Mine is located in:
Users / Your log in name / AppData / Roaming / Microsoft / Windows / SendTo

And:

Quick way to access the SendTo folder is to run the command "shell:sendto" from Start, Search box.
