where is pcba number (P2B-F)

Hi!
I have a P2B-F ACPI rev. 1.00
I can't find the pcba rev. number. I've looked between the pci slots, on
the pci slots (no stickers)...one article said look under the bottom pci
slot, but all I see is the bottom edge of the board (practically flush to
the edge of the slot). Is there anyplace else on the board I should look?
I'd like to know if I have an "older" or "newer" version of my P2B-F, and
what the differences are.
I'm researching on how to upgrade my CPU to a P3 800EBmhz/133 (SL4MB)
Coppermine and I would like to get all the facts before I begin. I'm a
"newbie" and I would appreciate any help.
Also, in the CPU External Clock (bus) settings in the manuel, there are two
settings for 133Mhz, with different PCI settings, 33.3 and 44.33Mhz. What
does the PCI frequency refer to?
Thanks.

The PCBA number is normally found on a barcode sticker on the side of
the last ISA slot. There's a photo on the Asus Germany site:

Roland's FAQ is an excellent place to start:

PCI frequency refers to the clock speed for the PCI bus. 33.3Mhz is
standard, 44.33Mhz is severely overclocked and likely to cause problems
with PCI devices and IDE hard disks. AFAIK there's no reason to ever use
the 44.33Mhz setting.

Thank for the reply!
I mistakenly wrote PCI instead of ISA for the two slots at the bottom of the
board. As I mentioned, there are no stickers on either slot.
I checked out the two sites you recommended, both are excellent sources of
info on P2B's.
Thanks also on the advice concerning the PCI frequency settings.
Appreciated!

Well, then I'd suggest just looking at the voltage regulator chip, since
I assume you're interested in Coppermine compatibility. Various types
are listed in Roland's FAQ.
