Where is my suggestion band that used to be above the messages

I used to have a area where I can click and say I like to view this in HTML,
it is not there anymore since I got a new computer with vista home premium,
but I'm still using office 2003. All of a sudden I can't read certain
messages from friends. Some are OK but most look like they need to be in
HTML. The only setting I was aware of says to receive in HTML. Can someone
please explain how to get that band back please. English is my second
language, and I may not do as good with the explanation. Many thanks in
advance......Peter

There is a problem with Outlook 2003 on Vista whereby you will see the raw
message (headers and all, including the HTML and MIME encoding) if the
message is received by Bcc. I have reported it to Microsoft, but I have no
word whether or not they've duplicated the issue and will address it. I'll
have to ask my contact again.

Many thanks, I feel better just hearing from you Brian, I'm sure MS will
fix it. Honestly you made me feel better even though the problem is still
there
at least it wasn't some dumb thing that I could figure out. You are the
best........Peter
