Outlook 2003, in my Vista Home Premium email is not readable

All of a sudden my email doe not show up as HTML anymore. I can't figure out
how to set it back to where it use to be. At least I was able to click on a
suggestions box, or what they called it, and I could pick HTML, but that
doesn't work anymore either. I did check some settings, and they say that I
would receive in HTML. Please I like to find out how to change that
again......My best to you all here, you really are the best.....Peter
