Where is my minimize tab when I'm in 2 documents back and forth

There is no minimize tab on Word. When I open up a document there is no
minimize tab to put it on the tool bar so I can work on another document.
Where do I go to set it where I will have a minimize tab?

That's very weird that you don't have that option, but to answer your
question: go to Tools, Customize, Commands, All Commands, then docminimize
