View open documents in task bar

In Word 2003, each Word document that I opened appeared on a tab in the task
bar at the bottom of the screen. In Word 2007, each new document appears as
a new window behind the previous open document. The only way to switch
between documents is to minimize them all, and find the tab bar for the
document I want inside of the window.

How do I change it so that every open document is a tab in the task bar?

Click on Office Button | Word Options | Advanced. Scroll down to the
"Display" group, check the "Show all windows in the Taskbar" box, and
click on OK.
