Where is my Event Logs in Event Viewer - Missing

Thanks in advance for the forthcoming answers.
I have seen instances where the event viewer will not
display ANY information in ALL log files on a particular
server, however there is a scroll bar to the right
indicating that there is more than a page of information.
Also there is a windows popup that indicates that the
event log is full. Any clues?

Platform: Windows 2000 Server SP 4
Server Products: BizTalk Server, MOM Agents

Sounds like a known issue with SP4. You can contact Microsoft for a
hotfix as per the following article:
