where is my email

I recently installed Outlook 2003 and set it up to handle my Pop3 comcast
email account. I see that it downloads the emails off the server, but I
cannot access the inbox. It says that it has, for example, (23 unread
messages) but when I click on "inbox" I get sent to comcast home page. If I
then try to get directly to my comcast email account, it is empty because it
has been downloaded onto Outlook 2003. I have tried to access the Outlook
data file, but with no luck finding emails. I can find and read junk email,
but not the ones that I know do not get sent there. So where is my email and
how can I read it?

Thank you for any help you can offer.

Right click on "Inbox" and choose Properties. Then click the Home Page tab.
Is the "Show home page by default" box checked? Is there a value in the
Address box?
