Where is Microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb newsgroup

Are all Newgroups accessible via Outlook Express accessible by Internet
Explorer here? I think the answer is YES.

If so, where do I find the newsgroup call
"Microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb" or similar for Visual Basic.net
development? They are easy to access via Outlook express, but I cannot find
them here.
