where is cache in windows vista

where is cache at etc in vista and how do you empty and may you fix it so
that when closeing browser it will empty onits own .thanks
 
In IE7 use the Tools drop down (far right) to enable the classic Menu bar.
On the Menu bar choose Tools/Internet Options. On the Internet Options
property page choose the Advanced Tab. Scroll down to the Security section
and put a checkmark in "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser
is closed."
