I am renewing the PC's for the secretaries. They want their autotext to move
with them.
Where is the autotext stored in Office 97, 2000, 2002 and how do I restore
it in Office 2003?

Thanks for that.
How do I migrate the Normal.dot AutoText features onto a new machine once
Office 2003 has been installed?

You can use the Organizer to transfer them from one template to another.

Thanks for that.
I am wanting to centralise all the office templates so that the 14
secretaries can access the templates.
I was going to do this through Word > Tools > Options > File Locations.
Is it the same organizer that stores clipart etc?

Thanks BIASTech

To access the Organizer: On the Tools menu, click Templates and Add-Ins.
Click the Organizer button. In the Organizer, click the AutoText tab.
Click the Close buttons (if necessary); they will change to Open
buttons. Then you can open the desired documents to copy AutoTexts
between. Of course, this requires that the files are at some location
which is available from each computer.
