Where is "Application Data?"

Because of virus, I had to re-install my OS winXP
and found problems.

The subfolds below the aministrator user should
include "Application Data" and "Local settings",
but now they are disappeared. Where have they gone
and how to call them back? Thanks!
 
Control Panel, folder options, view tab, and select "show hidden files and
folders".
