I was wondering where is the button to remove hardware in
the control panel? The control panel in windows 2000 has
an option call add/remove hardware, but in Windows XP it
show up as Add hardware. Do anyone know what happen to
that option or what Microsoft did with that option in XP.

Thanks

What hardware are you trying to remove? If you want to uninstall
something, the first place to look is in Add/Remove Programs to see if
there is associated software (like HP printer software, for example).
Then open Device Manager and right-click the device you want to remove.
"Uninstall" will be one of the options. Post back if you need more help
and please include details about what you would like to do.

Cheers,

Malke

No problem:
In the control panel, select Performance and Maintenance. Then select
System and the Hardware tab. Now you are in familiar ground.
Cheers
