Arne said:But there must be somewhere on the disk drive a file full of these
attachments that I need to access and move to another computer..I need to
know where this file is . the only other way is to one at a time open each
email and save each attachment individually.. (one at a time) I have a
hundred or more PDF files to move!
Anothe mail program "Pocomail" has a file named "attachments" and this is
where all incoming attachments get filed automaticly... Maby I need to switct
to pocomail

Peter said:As Roady said and as you have correctly stated "one at a time open
each
email and save each attachment individually.." Outlook does not have
this capability that you are looking for

Arne said:Thank you all for your responces... your replies led me to a program
called
"attachments processor"
http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/attachments_processor/
I have installed a trial version and it is doing what one would expect
microsoft to already have in Outlook This is a $24 addition to the cost
but
to me it is worth it.
Again Many Thanks for your replies
