Hello

I have a page where visiters can leave their comments but can't figure out where the info goes... When someone submit the comment it confirms but where does it go so we can read it... I tried having it sent to our email but keep getting an error message in form properties that says ...this form cannot be configured to send results via... email... What do I do??
How do I get comments to me. I am having the same problem with guestbook & dicussion entries

Thanks

Camille

Unless you have specified a different save location, it will be in a file in
your _private folder.
As for the email, the form needs to send the email to an address associated
with your domain.
Example: if your domain is www.myweb.com the email address needs to be
(e-mail address removed).

Camille, I just had the same problem with forms. I found that you can
either have the information from the form (whether it is a guestbook,
feedback or other kind of form) sent as a text file or to an email address.
The text file gets saved in the _private folder of your web. Now if you
want the form information sent to you in an email, enter the email address
in the appropriate box on the form properties window. When you get the
message about not being able to send email, the last question is usually do
you want FrontPage to remove the email address. Just say no and publish the
form. It worked for me this way. I'm sure others may have more expert
answers for you, but since I had just experienced the same issue, I thought
I'd share.

Hi Camille,

Use the following KB article to configure your Web Server's FPSE to use
E-Mail. Then you should be able to send data using forms to an e-mail
address. By default the data goes to _private/form_results.csv file on the
Web Server.
