Where Does Explorer Keep Downloads & Viewables

In Windows XP and Internet Explorer and you wait and sort of download
a viewable montage or movie or slideful of pictures where are they
stored to save them. I see no place. Don't they download to machine in
a cache file or something. If so Where? Thanks, Nick

Another place you might want to try looking is In IE under
Tools-->Internet Options click the settings button in the Temporary
Internet files bit, this will tell you the directory that IE bungs
downloaded bits and pieces to

should just be stored in
c:\ducuments&settings\'yourname'\localsettings\tempinterne
tfiles
