Where does Defender stores it's configuartion settings?

Does anyone know where Defender stores it's configuartion settings? Other
than having to reboot the PC after a GP deployment, it rolls out fine via the
MSI.

I would like to change the default scan times and other settings to allow
VNC to run
without a warning.
