Where do you set Favorites "Name"?

When a person adds a web site to their Favorites list, the dialog box asks
for "Name", and a default is usually seen there. Mine just says "home".
Where do I go to set something a bit snazzier for my home page "Name"?

Under Page Properties, you assign a title to your pages.
