Where do I save my stationery to use it on Outlook Express?

I like to use Cloudeight email stationery, emoticons, etc. in my e-mails.
However, I'm wondering where to save them to be able to use them in Outlook
Express by clicking "new message using/more stationery."

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
