You have to select show hidden files and folders
To do that :Open windows explorer and click on tools , folder options ,
then view and scroll down to show hidden files and folders and then click OK
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application
Data\Microsoft\Stationery

You have to select show hidden files and folders

Actually, you don't. Open Windows Explorer and enter
%AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures in the Address field, then click Go.

Brian, you've missed \roaming\. The actual location is
%AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures

You're wrong. The %AppData% environment variable already contains "Roaming".
