Dear MM

I guess it would go at the top.

Yours faithfully,
TC

I'm used to it going at the bottom, after the signature.

Of course, it might make more sense to ask in a newsgroup other than one
that's intended for questions about Access, the database product that's part
of Office Professional.

Dear TC

If I remember correctly from my high school business courses of many years
ago, cc and enclosure notations, etc, are normally placed below the sig.

I had a bottler once. It was the first place where most of us had ever
worked, that actually had an email system (so we're talking, um, some
time ago).

To cut a long story short, Tom emailed Dick, saying "Geez that Mary is
a putz!" Dick replied to Tom, "Maybe - but what about that plonker
David?" Unfortunately, unknown to Dick, Tom had BCC'd his email to
Dick, to David. Guess where Dick's reply to Tom, got BCC'd !!

Oops.

Cheers,
TC
