where do I get help for sonic record now going missing

computer, a toshiba, went haywire and I took it to PCWorld to be rebooted, It
wouldn't allow me to. When I got it back they said the A60 equim recovery
disc I'd been given when I bought it where duff! I now have no record now
programme to allow me to write to disc... Anyone know what to do now?

You could ask Toshiba for a new recovery disc.

Contact toshiba for a replacement or purchase a program.
