Where do I get a template for my Discussion Board to look like yours?

I'm impressed by the layout and the navigation of your discussion forums. Is it possible to do something like this in FP2003 or are you running a script based forum

No
The only one in FP is the File New Web/Site Discussion Template
Anything fancier is a custom ASP or CGI or PHP code driven template
If your host supports any of those technologies, and you know how to code in them, search for Forums or Discussion in that
technology
