Where do I find the location of the downloaded language packs?

Hello All,
I've downloaded a language pack from the Windows Update site, but when I go
to change my language, in COntrol Panel, it says load laguages, and takes me
ta a screen to select the language pack I want. I have to enter a folder -
but I don't know where the laguage pack was downloaded to - I've tries
searching but thats pretty useless as I don't know what they are called
either! Help would be greatly appreciated
