Where do I find the JRO Object Library?

Hi - I'm replicating an Access 2003 database and I don't have Office
Developer. I replicated the database using the replication menus in Access,
but I want to automate synchronizing with JRO. The problem is, the JRO
Object Library is not listed in the references dialog in the VB window.
Where can I find that library so I can set a reference to it?
