Where do I find emails to burn a copy

You wll find them underneath the pile of unintelligible posts in the deepest
recesses of your mind

You should find them in the folder where you have saved your *.pst files. If
you don’t know where they are, just run a search for *.pst and you'll find
them.

To make a safe backup of your Outlook data, close Outlook and copy the PST
to your CD drive. Before you close Outlook, however, you can have it tell
you where the PST resides. Click FIle>Data File Management. YOu should see
the path to the PST(s) there.
