I have to update several computers[Win Xp Professional] at different
locations. They only have a dial up ISP.I do not want to buy or wait for
the CD version of XP SP2.
I cannot see any links.I have been to Windows XP Pro web site for
downloads and can't get to the link for it.I"ve clicked every link.
At home I am using win98,so I can't use the windows update site.
I believe if I can access a win XP with a fast connection, I could
download the SP2 file. But if the win XP has the update already then
how can I get it.

You don't have a CD burner? How about access to a 512 MB USB
flash drive?

I ordered one of the CD's when SP2 was first released and it
took less than a week to arrive. They were also available at
many retail outlets for free. I don't know if the stores would
still have them.

Here's the site to order a CD:

Order Windows XP Service Pack 2 on CD

Good luck
