where do get outlook express

i have outlook 2002, would like to get outlook express, can someone tell me
wherte to download it from. thanks.
 
Outlook Express is part of the Windows Operating system - if you have Windows
you already have outlook express, also Outlook requires Outlook express to be
installed in order to work.
