Where did my applications go? WinME to WinXP upgrade

A friend of mine upgraded from WinME to WinXP. All of
her applications have disappeared? WinWord, Excel,
MSMoney all gone? Her data files still exists. What
happened?
 
Hi Richard,

They are probably under an old profile. Have her look under C:\Documents and
Settings\<username> at the various profiles, she should find them there.
