where can I get frontpage express (1st time user)

I want to create a web page using the easiest method possible as I am not
good with computers

Just keep in mind that FrontPage express was a free version of FrontPage 97
(or 98). It doesn't write HTMl in keepign with current HTML standards and
lacks a lot of HTML features. Not to mention since it was written for Win 95
and NT 4, there's no guarantee that it will play nicely with your computer.
