where can I get free email to work in Outlook 2003?

I want to set up my email in Outlook 2003, but can't find a free service that
will work. Is there one out there? Is it worth doing?
 
Speak to your ISP. We offer all of our customers and related people
etc etc free email accounts (accessible by any client supporting POP)
whether they specifically subscribe or not. Just good customer
service!

Not any more. The new Outlook Connector will work with free accounts if
they're Live mail accounts.
