Where can I find the OEM EULA?

I want to know exactly what hardware it takes to sell OEM licenses. I
searched for the eula on Microsoft.com and on Google but I can't find it.

I found it myself. Here it is:

The hardware needed is:
"a central processing unit, a motherboard, a hard drive, a power supply, and
a case."

I was thinking about hosting workstations in a virtual environment. I guess
I have to use another license than OEM. Suggestions?
