Where Can I Find the Book: Faster Smarter Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003?

The Faster Smarter Guide that came with my copy of FP2003 refers to chapters
in book entitled: Faster Smarter Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003. However,
I cannot find that book when I search the FP2003 web site. How might I get
a copy of that book?

I'm surprised I hadn't thought of that already. I just mistakenly assumed
