I am trying to design my own contact forms in Business Contact Manager, and I
can't find any support for this feature. Am I looking in the wrong place or
is this just a learn-as-you-go thing? I have my basic fields laid out, but I
want to use some more advanced features to duplicate some of the forms that
are already created. Can anyone help?

Over the years there have been some posts in this group on this issue
and folks' varying degrees of success. Trying searching the archives.

Try the Office 2007 beta.

I do use it daily, but as a beta product it is not optimized for
performance.

It's possible to modify forms in BCM 2003 V2, but that is not supported.
