Where can I find File on IE so I can export my favorites?

Where can I find File on IE so I can export my favorites?

File, Import and Export, Next, Export Favorites.

All IE favorites and links should be in the Favorites folder. If there
isn't a link to it in the Start Menu, do a search for the folder; its
location can be different depending on how you're set up.

Look on the top left to see if you have a left and right arrow.
Rightclick about a half inch below that and check Menu bar.

The File menu is on the Menu bar in Internet Explorer, on the upper left of
your screen when IE is open.

The Menu bar looks like this...
File Edit View Favorites Tools Help

Hit Alt + F to open the File menu if you cannot see the Menu bar.

Hit F11 to be able to see whatever else may be missing.

Or hit Alt + F + I to open the Import/Export Wizard.
