I am looking for a database that will track not only demographic information,
but also skills, gifts, and resources.
I have a membership database that handles names and addresses, and
"groups" - mailing lists or lists of members which can be applied for
many purposes. It doesn't explicitly handle "skills, gifts, and
resources" but (if I follow what you mean) you could easily create a
group of those with gifts in exposition of the Word, or in visitation,
or whatever; just as you would create a list of members of the choir
or of the Deacons.

If by "gifts" you mean financial donations, this could be added as a
new feature but it isn't part of the database currently.
