where can i download outlook express?

i'm used to outlook express and my new computer only has outlook on it.
Where can I get outlook express from?
 
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs, then click on the side where it
says Add/Remove Windows Compaonents - Outlook Express is part of Windows XP.
