Can someone give me the link to download the german grammer checker?

Certain international versions of Word will come with German proofing tools.
If yours is not one of those, you will have to purchase the appropriate
proofing tools package:

Office XP:

Office 2003:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/language/proofingtools.mspx
