Where can I ask an NT4 question

I'd like to know how to tell if my NT4 server is a stand alone server
or a PDC or a BDC. If not here then where can I find this out.

You can also open a command prompt on the machine itself and type 'net
accounts' and it will tell you it's role in the bottom of the list.

your subject line with interest, the Windows NT newsgroups are named

microsoft.public.windowsnt.*
and
comp.os.ms-windows.nt.*
