I scanned few pages to my computer but when I opened the folder where files
were to be saved, there was no scanned file although other files were there.
I searched for the image files and then I could find the scanned files, when
I right clicked on one of them and the n clicked ' open containg folder', i
coud see all the scanned files there but now i didn't see other files which
were already there. thanks for help.

Open Windows Explorer (Not IE).
Click "Tools", "Folder Options", "View" tab.
Put a check mark (click) in "Display the Full Path In the TITLE Bar".
Look in each location , as you did before.
Note the "Path" shown in the location's title bar, each time.
Probably same folder name, but different location/path.

I followed upto the end of paragraph 1 but didnt understand the
rest(paragraph2)

(1)Open Windows Explorer (Not IE).
Click "Tools", "Folder Options", "View" tab.
Put a check mark (click) in "Display the Full Path In the TITLE Bar".

(2) Look in each location , as you did before.
Note the "Path" shown in the location's title bar, each time.
Probably same folder name, but different location/path.

Open two windows, one to each folder you mentioned. Compare the two paths in the title bar (though I'd suggest setting Full Path in Address Bar - if it's long you can see it all).
