Where are the newsgroups messages files located?

After running Synchronize Account for Newsgroups, where are the messages
stored in the local computer?

This is really an Outlook Express question, since Outlook Express is what
Outlook uses for its newsreader. Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
(Hint, click Tools>Options>Maintenance>Store Folder.)

I cannot find an Outlook Express Newsgroup. How do I get to that group in
MS website? Thanks.
