Where Are "Shut Down" Scripts Kept?

I deleted the program PageFileMonitor that ran a shutdown script to log
page-file usage statistics. Followed it's instructions to delete it and
its registry entry, but not my XP system hangs on shut down while
running shutdown scripts, and the next time I boot I get an Error ID
1000 stating that the instructions for the shutdown script cannot find
the referenced PageFileMonitor.exe.

start/run, type:
HH mk:mad:MSITStore:%windir%\Help\SPconcepts.chm::/gptext_logoffscripts.htm

Open group policy with start/run, type:
GPEDIT.MSC
