Where are previous email addresses cached in OL 2003

In Outlook 2003, where are previous email addresses cached. I.E. after you
have sent an email to someone, by typing the first character of the email
address the next time you send them an email, a list of previously used
addresses pops up on the screen.

Where are these previous addresses stored?
