where are OL2K3 shortcuts stored ?

hi,

one of my used tells me that he losts all his outlooks shortcuts (in
the shortcut bar on the left). where are thoses shortcuts stored on the
disk ?

in an xml file at C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
