whenever open or save it is very slow to open

hello,

i have lots of formulas in my productivity excel everything was going good,
once i pasted lots of data from another excel,this causes my Productivity
sheet is very slow to open and save...
please suggest me ...

Are you saving in .xlsx (XML) format? This is slower than Binary (.xlsb) but
there are some reports of issues with .xlsb format so you need to test that
it works for you. Also xlsb does not signify that it is macro free as .xlsx
does.
