I want to have the option of fast forwarding a clip that I have added to a
power point. Can you add that bar that allows you to move the clip ahead?

When I click on insert object and check new file media clip or video clip are
not one of my choices? I have things like very similar to the applications on
my computer...Corel, Microsoft ....Windows Media Player etc. If I click on
Media player I just get a player but not working window as the article says
so I can't insert a file.

Try this:

1. Start PowerPoint 2003, and then open the presentation that contains the
video clip.
2. Right-click the video clip object, point to Video Clip Object, and then
click Edit.
3. On the Media Player Edit menu, click Edit, Options.
4. Click to check the Control Bar On Playback check box, and then click OK.

Sorry, forgot to tell you the first part. Click on Insert, Object, Create
from file, browse to the video, select it, click ok. You may need to also
adjust the action settings of the video.

Thanks,
Glenna
