When will a new version be available

BCM has frustrating issues and lacks functionality that was standard in ACT
which I replaced w BCM. Simple things like reports with the COMPANY name on
them, contact records that indicated easily that an opporutnity existed for
that contact, the ability to write a letter etc. I don't want to trash BCM
but I need to be able to hope that it MS will soon release a new version that
is competitive with ACT functionality.

Based on the past, I would expect the next BCM with the next Outlook.
