When was Conditional Formatting added to Access Forms?

Quick question: When was Conditional Formatting added to Access forms? 2000
or 2002/XP?

I'm fairly certain it wasn't available (built-in) for Access 97 and I know
it's available in Access 2002/XP and 2003, so my real question is, can I
count on conditional formatting to work if someone runs my app in Access
2000?

I don't see it in the "What's New" help entry for Access XP, so I'm hoping
it was available in Access 2000, but I thought I'd ask & make sure before
treking too far down that road.
